Founded June 23, 2003, Mkaiba Industries is a partially fictional corporation whose only real operations are activities relating to Microsoft's Train and Flight Simulators.
Beginning in 2005, the company began to transition from the MKaiba Industries Inc. branding to the current Mkaiba Industries styling.

Mkaiba Industries is closely tied to Mkaibia.

Mkaiba Industries' corporate headquarters is located in the city of New Melrose, centered around the immense Mkaiba Tower.
